To all our furry, hairless, winged, gilled and slithery animal companions—just a shout out to all of you!  All Saints will be continuing our traditional blessing of the animals in honor of St. Anthony, Abbott who blessed animals long before other saints!

The celebration will occur at All Saints Lutheran Church – ELCA on Saturday night,
January 18th at 5:00 P.M.

The most important thing is NOT TO STRESS OUT your pet.  Cold is cold outside!  We want our animal companions safe and warm.  All animal companions are welcome and no one is too small or too large to be blessed by God.

You must control your animal companion at all times.  Should your animal companion need a break, feel free to get up and go outside if necessary or just walk around.

We love our animal companions – and nothing seems more natural than to worship the Lord, with your favorite pet at your side.  Stroke them, love them and pet them…but above all, care for them … you have been entrusted with a great gift!
