It’s time for the Spring Craft Fair!
Many hands are needed to have a successful event. Sign-up sheets will be posted on the front door in February. Please help as you can, with your donations and time. The craft fair proceeds are a good part of our annual budget so we need all the help you are able to give. THANK YOU SO MUCH and God Bless you!
Planning Meetings:
- Wednesday, Feb 7 at 8 pm
- Wednesday, Feb 28 at 8 pm
Post Fair Meeting:
- Wednesday, March 21 at 8 pm
Help is needed! (mark your calendars):
- Wednesday, March 14th from 8:00-9:00 pm: Breakdown of the Sanctuary. Move chairs, altar, hymnals to make room for craft tables.
- Thursday, March 15th from 3 pm-7 pm: We need a few crafty people to set up the raffle table and make fancy bows for the raffles.
- Friday, March 16th from 4:00-7:00 pm: Bring in baked goods and food donations. Price baked goods. Clean and Set-up kitchen for luncheon.
- Saturday, March 17th from 8:00 am until 2:30 pm: Help needed in many areas, kitchen, greeters and door prize area, raffle table and baked goods table.
- Saturday, March 17th from 2:30-4:00 pm: Many hands and strong bodies needed to put the Sanctuary back together in time for our 5:00 pm Liturgy.
Much help is needed so please consider donating your time and talents to this worthwhile event. No experience is needed, we will train! Just come and have some fun!
